About Us

My name is Thomas Sweeney, and I run Sweeney Construction, a South Shore-based carpentry/general contracting company. I am licensed, registered, and carry general liability as well as workman's comp insurance.
 

With a great team of subcontractors, we are equipped to take on any project from concept to completion on time and on budget.

If you contact me for an estimate or initial consultation for your project, after an informal introductory meeting, I will bring in an architect to design your project to your specifications and budget. I also have a site engineer that I work with on a steady basis that can supply you with prompt and accurate site plans for the permitting stage of your project.
 

I am comfortable working off plans that you may already have had drawn as well. Custom homes, additions, and renovations are my specialties, as well as fire restoration projects and complete home demolition and rebuilding.
 

I have a complete list of references that I will make available to you and a number of completed projects that I can show you throughout the South Shore. My policy of one project at a time allows me to concentrate on, once starting a project, giving it full attention until it is complete. That is what sets Sweeney Construction apart from the competition.
